Founder Kijana Gant and Co Founder Tremayne Thompson performed at the 2nd Annual Gary IN Gospel Explosion with other recording artist Fred Hammond, Dietrick Haddend, Donald Lawerence and the Tri City Singers and The Chrisianaires. The event took place on June 13, 2003. It was a special time for us to be able to sing and spread the good news of Christ to all of those there, and market our clothes as well. People were very excited to hear about Kijana Wear Fashion and the Kijana Project and what it stands for. Starting June 10,2003 Kijana Wear Fashions is proud to present a fund-raising campaign like no other. For every item sold on their website $1.00 will be donated to the Kijana Project. Since this is the first time for this tell everyone, you know to go check out the site. This will continue indefinitely. Once we reach more than 1000 items sold, the donations will increase to $2.00 per item. Our goal is to have over $10,000 donated by October 1,2003.
